Work and thankfulness

work work work.......yes it's the crazy period again....project going live in 4 days time, so this week is the week where we're converting data from the legacy system to the new ERP system.

have been working over the last weekend and also through the Raya holidays! sigh.

i'm so tired already........ but nevertheless i am thankful for the fact that i dont have to travel outstation, and for the fact that i am still able to get home every evening just in time to play with Rachel before she goes to bed. and i am thankful that i am able to wake up in the morning on my own bed and just spend time gazing down on my little angel (she does look like an angel when she's asleep!hehe) as she sleeps soundly and then watching her toss, turn and stretch as she slowly awaken from her slumber, looks up, sees me and says "mama" with a warm huge smile.... and on days when she decides to wake up early, then she'll be our alarm clock...climbing up onto our bed and snuggling in between us! indeed these are truly things to be thankful for.......as tiny as they seem, yet they are still blessings from our Heavenly Father..... so i'm learning not to complain about having to cross the bridge everyday just to get to work becoz it definitely beats being outstation and away from loved ones at home! Count your blessings, name them one by one.... Thank You, Father for every single blessing showered upon our lives! :)
