19 months

Rachel is 19 months old today. The past 1 month literally flew by... it felt like only yesterday she turned 18 months. and suddenly she's 1 month older.

my cheeky, little princess is getting cheekier and cheekier. her vocabulary of words has definitely expanded a lot. and now she's even learning how to sing!

whenever we get into the car, the first thing she will ask for is "barney"! yes, we have this Barney audio CD which we play in the car. it keeps her entertained throughout the journey. and lately she will sing along with the CD...of course she cant sing the full sentence yet, but she will sing the last word of each sentence. and she will even sing the last note of the song!

her papa says she can pitch quite well. whenever we sing to her in different keys, she will hum/sing according to our pitch! hehe... hmm...a musician/vocalist in the making? hehehe..

she has this toy which has 8 keys, each key is labeled "do, re, mi, fa, so, la, ti, do". and 1 key will play 1 different tune. she loves to press "do" key coz it will play the tune of "twinkle twinkle little star" and she will sing and hum along with it while doing the action! haha... and those tune which she is not sure of the words, she'll hum along! yup, thts my girl! :)

and of course, she's still fascinated with slides. everything in the house now has turned into a slide for her. as long as she can glide down she will says its a slide! she's quite creative actually, she knows how to create her own slides. hehe..... now, her papa is thinking of getting her a mini-slide from Toys R Us for Christmas. The slide at Toys R Us cost RM179 after discount. hmm..we're still deciding whether to get it for her...at home, space constraint la....
