Vacation in Turkey! :)

darling and i went for a vacation in Turkey. it was a 10D8N tour - full board. we were initially suppose to go on a tour to Europe (Italy/Switzerland), however the tour got cancelled the last minute as there were only 5 people who confirmed their participation. So instead the travel agent offered us other options, one of which was Turkey. Since we've wanted to visit Turkey in 2005 when we were in Egypt (but didnt manage to), so we decided to go with the Turkey tour. Furthermore the timing of the tour to Turkey was around the same time as the orignal Europe tour. We've already had our leaves all booked and approved, so we werent ready to move dates.

Anyway, we believe that there must be a reason why the Europe trip didnt work out. Perhaps God has a reason why the Europe trip didnt work out. After all, everything happens for a reason. :)

And we definitely didnt regret choosing the tour to Turkey :) we had an amazing time in Turkey, it was a good break for the both of us. we managed to spend some quality husband & wife time...... and God was definitely with us throughout the whole trip! His blessings were overpouring and so evident throughout the trip! (i'll blog more on that later). "He makes all things beautiful in its time." Ecc 3:11

Turkey is an amazingly beautiful country.....the sceneries there are beautiful, lots of historical & biblical sites...

of course, although we enjoyed ourselves very much, at the same time, we missed rachel like crazy!!! she was doing fine while we were away for 10 days, enjoyed herself spending time with her grandparents! well, it's definitely good to be back home! was so happy to see our darling Rachel again and to hold her in our arms and kiss her! :)
