Random....

OK this is really random...

Rachel’s turning 2 in April. We’ve already started thinking how to celebrate her 2nd birthday. 2 years old…can u imagine? Sometimes I find it so hard to believe that my little darling princess is turning 2 so soon! Time really flies and kids really do grow up so quickly…. Anyway, I’m thinking of getting her a birthday cake shaped in the number 2. but I know those can be pretty expensive. Any other suggestions or any contacts for a bakery with tasty cakes and at the same time is reasonably priced?

As for Rachel, she is much better already. Recovering very well from her cough and cold. Thank God for His healing. She’s such a good girl when it comes to eating her medicine. She’ll gladly open her mouth and say “ahhh” while waiting for me to pour out the medicine on the teaspoon. However this only applies to the cough, cold and phlegm medicine that her paed from Adventist hosp prescribed for her. (cant remember the names of the medicine…I know the one for the phlegm is ventolin. It’s suppose to dry up the phlegm and it works very well ) She’s also ok with taking the orange-flavoured fever syrup. However, she’s NOT ok with the black cough mixture…it’s so difficult to get her to eat that cough mixture. Thank God the cough mixture prescribed by the paed is not the usual black one..this one that she prescribed is colourless.
Anyway, I’m just happy that she’s much better now. Praise God.
