heartburn..

been getting heartburn... uggh.....one of the symptoms of entering the final trimester of pregnancy... yup, i've just entered week 28 ... wht's the best way to ease heartburn??

hmmm...
1. Don't eat till too full...eat less (as in smaller amounts per meal) and more frequently

2. Don't eat too close to bedtime...coz when you lie down, the acid will reflux, due to your pregnant belly:)

3. Don't eat too oily and spicy food, which cause more irritation when refluxed...and if u must eat them, then in smaller amounts...

4. Try a little dryer food...
