leg cramps........

This morning i had one of the worst leg cramp ever! woke up with a bad cramp on my right shin, was groaning in pain and had to wake tairven up to help push my toes towards me to help relax the muscles! it didnt go away immediately, each time he left go, the muscle would start cramping again!! i think it took a good 15 minutes before the muscle actually started relaxing. i was already drenched in sweat by the time the whole ordeal ended. sigh. i hope this will be the last of terrible leg cramps!

on a separate note, rachel's fine.....very slight running nose but no fever, no cough, etc. And she's as active as ever! thanks for praying, peeps!
