Surrender

"Not my will but yours be done" Luke 22:42

This verse came as an aptly reminder to surrender all to God. Many a times we plan and plan and plan and sometimes tend to forget to surrender those plans to God. We need to be constantly reminder to surrender all to God for He knows best for us.

"Let go of your plans. God will do as he pleases with them. Even if they were to succeed through earthly means, he would not bless them. But if you offer everything unreservedly to Him, He will turn turn everything to His own merciful purposes, whether He does what you wish or not." ~Francois Fenelon~

Lord, I surrender all to You. This is my prayer. All that I am, all that I have, I lay them down before You O Lord. Things in the past, things yet unseen, wishes and dreams that are yet to come true - i lay them all before You and trust that You know best. Not my will but Yours be done, O Lord.
